This is a wakeup call. We have officially entered the season for spring sales and direct sales recruiting. Between now and summer, you will see more people out than the past few winter months. While people are coming out of hibernation, the season is a glistening opportunity for recruiting success.

I invite you to look at what your reasons are for not following through with your commitments. You need to realize that your subconscious is going to try to show you every excuse in the book to derail you, to throw you off track. It will literally try to convince you why you should not grow and change, and show you really good reasons, like getting sick.

As we look towards 2050, two key trends face the world. One, the population is growing and two, climatic change and environmental degradation are reducing our ability to grow food. Standing at the epicentre of these two trends is an often overlooked element, nitrogen.
