<p>On Tuesday, October 21, 2014,&nbsp;<em>Working Mother</em>&nbsp;will celebrate the second annual <a href="http://www.workingmother.com/national-flex-day" >National Flex Day</a>. Created to encourage employers and employees to unite behind the need for more flexibility in the workplace, National Flex Day initiated a new conversation with a comprehensive Working Mother Research Institute&nbsp;report, articles about how to make the most of flex, and a social media campaign that engaged individuals and corporate players.</p>
